Establishing a routine
I’m a SENCo and inclusion manager at a primary school. I deal with child mental and emotional development and help. I have just received this from the Child Therapy Service I work with (based in Eastbourne). They are saying that whilst self isolating, the best thing you can do for your mental health is to establish a routine. They suggest this timetable for you and your children so that the days feel less empty and endless. Ruth Ridley Senco
